What counts as a credit?
Credits are consumed per action, 1 credit per 10 words for humanizing or AI score checks, and fixed bundles for full article generation (200 for research, 300 for the article). No hidden token math.
Is humanizing my articles free?
Yes. Every article’s first humanize is included at no extra cost, on every plan. Re-humanizing the same article afterward uses credits.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Paid actions pause until your next monthly grant or until you top up / upgrade. You keep full access to everything you’ve already created.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro and Max, unused monthly credits roll over up to your rollover cap. Free and Starter credits reset each cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Pick Yearly and you’re billed once for 12 months at a lower effective monthly rate. You can switch back to monthly anytime.
What is your refund policy?
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of a charge. Once credits are spent, they’re non-refundable. See our full refund policy for details.
